Returns:
We accept returns for unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.

Non-Returnable Items:
Opened or perishable goods, and customized items, cannot be returned for safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at friebolinfamilyfarms@gmail.com.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
